Oak Street Family Dental is a Brentwood based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.

Dr. Tracy D. Benhamou, DDS
Dr. Benhamou has been setting the highest standards of excellence in dentistry since he was 19. He began his career as a dental assistant in the US Air Force and worked as a dental assistant for over 15 years before attending dental school, earning a Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Benhamou has completed multiple continuing education courses in dental topics such as oral surgery, cosmetic restorations, pain-free anesthetics, TMJ/TMD disorders, oral photography, multi-disciplinary dental rehabilitation, endodontics and periodontal aesthetics. Dr. Benhamou enjoys giving back to the community, and has served as a committee member for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, historian and photographer for the Delta Study Club, Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 226, and previous Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 210. In his spare time, Dr. Benhamou enjoys nocturnal landscape photography; any and all classic cars; and spending time with his wife Chanel, and their two children, Aaron and Grace, as well as their two dogs, Charlie and Eddie.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Melissa
Office Manager
That smiling face at the front desk belongs to Melissa, who has been with Dr. Benhamou since 2012. Melissa, who is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), graduated from Loma Vista Adult Education in 1997, working in General Dentistry. Although she enjoys providing direct care to patients, Melissa has found her niche in the front office – scheduling appointments, working diligently with insurance companies to maximize patients’ benefits and providing that warm welcome to all of our patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys taking kickboxing classes and spending quality time with her family.
Andraya
Registered Dental Hygienist
As a Dental Hygienist, my goal is to create the most comfortable experience possible while doing a thorough job. Being a hygienist since 2007, I have learned a lot from patient care and different offices I have worked with. I love educating patients about the importance of homecare and how best to address their individual needs. Working with Oak Street Family Dental has been a wonderful experience. This office is truly patient centered and team orientated. Outside of the office, I have a daughter named Brooklyn that keeps me on my toes. I enjoy traveling with my family and working out at the gym. When time permits, I also enjoy a good book.

Registered Dental Assistant
Christine has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2017 after graduating from the College of Alameda. Her favorite part about dentistry is seeing the life changing impact it can have on our patients health and smile. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Katrina
Registered Dental Assistant
Katrina brings 15 years of experience as an assistant to the practice. Dentistry is a passion of hers in which she takes great pride. She enjoys making patients feel at home and strives to provide the highest quality of care. Patients can be confident that procedures will run smoothly and that their dental needs are cared for adequately while they are in her care. Katrina takes time to attend courses and seminars to acquire new knowledge while encouraging growth in the field of dentistry. To ensure patient safety she is certified in CPR, BLS, infection control, coronal polishing and dental radiology. Katina is also a professional photographer that loves taking landscape and portrait photos. In her spare time she likes to go hiking, camping, kayaking, dirt bike riding and backpacking with her husband. She loves animals of all kinds and is obsessed with her two adventure dogs Shadow and Stormy. Katrina looks forward to meeting you and creating a lovely dental office experience during your time here at the practice.
